Filmation used to be one of the biggest providers of animation at one time. But time change. Hanna Barbera began shipping their work out of the country. A trend that's continued and now so much is done overseas that used to be done in America.
Hanna Barbera was also responsible for bringing in a lot of really horrible animation, just eyes and mouths moved for the most part. Butt ugly compared to what Disney had been doing and others.
