Journey to the Center of the Earth trailer with original artwork from the manuscript by Jules Verne

Original artwork for Center of the Earth and other juicy things.

Above image is the 1878 edition cover of Jules Verne's classic.

Below is an Amazing Stories cover for it.

Below is the actual mountain that Jules Verne used as the place of descent into the center of the earth in his classic.

Journey to the Center of the Earth novel is finished!

Over the weekend I was one busy little beaver.

I finished the final edit of my Journey to the Center of the Earth novel. I will post the cover in the next day or so.

I hope to publish that to a tradebook version as well. I'll keep you posted as to the progress of that as I am able.

Meanwhile, the first novel is a greatly expanded version of the first eight stories I told about the Journey and more connected. I had a lot of fun expanding the characters and giving them more cool things to do as they go deeper beneath our planet.

Hopefully, their journey will ask questions in your mind about many things that we take for granted, but perhaps won't afterwards.

I had a lot of fun expanding and joining everything and I think it's a great read at over three hundred and fifty pages!

Above is an image of what international satellites spied floating just above the moon's surface before the first Hollow Earth Special Forces team descended into the depths.

Below is an image of what some scientists believe to be the shape of our inner earth.

And below this line is a fantasy perception of what the center of the earth looks like.

The above illustration was taken from one of the original publications of Jules Verne's Journey to the Center of the Earth.

Captain Nemo's Nautilus artwork posted

I have just finished the cover to my new novel about Moriarity and hope to have the final editing done before the end of the week. I should have the digital version published on Amazon and Smashwords by Friday.

I'll post the new cover when I get time.

Meanwhile, above is an illustration I made of Captain Nemo's Nautilus, which is used in my Moriarity novel. I think it's really sleek looking and fits the style of the alternate world of Moriarity.

Reverting my pro site back to Weebly's free site until pro site fixed

Hey Everyone.

Still having trouble getting Yahoo and Weebly to agree with each other on what's wrong with my johnpirillo.com site so I've reverted the site back to Weebly's free site, which is more limited, but still allows me to post and for you to see it.

Until I can get the problems worked out with Weebly and Yahoo I have reverted my pro site back to the following: Golden Realm Stories

Sorry for the delays!

The Scorpion King

For all you folks who enjoy Mister Johnson, here's another photo.

Well, he looked pretty good and offered a new hero to the masses in the Scorpion King. Little did they know their villain would turn out to become a good guy later on. Dwayne Johnson rules in the muscleman roles these days.

Looking forward to his next G.I. Joe movie.
